hi folks new here just got me a fiat stilo 1.8 on the 51 plate 2002 car one owner from new fsh its just hunting at idle dont do it all time so sending it in under the warrenty but any clues would be helpfull many thanks

Lambda? Map sensor? Need to get a code reader on it.

there are no codes showing at all

Throttle body clean, and make sure map sensor isnt gunked up. there is a guide to throttle body cleaning somewhere.

yep its the throttle body there putting a new one on under the warranty will let you how it goes

Ok, that's good stuff! Not entirely sure, if a new tb is fitted, does relearn procedure need to be done?

well they said they will disconnect the battery while there doing it to reset the ecu is that the relearn
