hi :) NoOb needs help lol

Hi

Just found the site and thought it would be a good idea to join for advice/help regarding my Punto when i need it
So now would be a good start. When i turn the key into the ignition (not necessarily turning the engine on) there is a knocking noise coming from around the engine. Had a listen, and it sounds like its coming from the fan or someone suggested the pollen filter?
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas, shes still a good runner so im not too worried yet but im totally keeping an eye on it.
