Hi, new member with Punto problem

Hi everyone. My wife has an old 05 Punto, it's only got about 80,000 miles on it and it passed its MOT without even an advisory. I'm amazed at how nippy and good on juice it is usually. My problem is though it has started running rough as a badgers. I'm sure it is only firing on 2 cylinders. I pulled off the plugs from one coil and it never made a difference, then did the same with the other. Engine stopped. Diagnostic gadget showed 0352. Replaced the dodgy coil but it's just the same. Replaced the HT leads and plugs. Still the same and code still says 0352. Can anyone offer a clue. I have an idea of what it is but need my suspicions confirming.
