Hi all.

I own a beautiful 2010 fiat panda eco active called Po.

I bought her last year and she has been running a treat.

Anyway - hope everyone has had a lovely holiday season!

Welcome! I've just bought the same! A 2010 Panda 1.1 ecu active:) mine has one owner and full service history but done 103K miles. In white. Bought her "trade" but with mot till December '18. I was looking to replace my 02 punto as she has rusted out and needs a lot of other work. I bought punto as scrap two years ago and have done nearly 30K miles. Don't really like the newer punto. So was after a Panda. When I saw this one I had to buy it...the most basic model no fancy stuff I don't want. And four brand new tyres. Not even got cloth door trim:) I do love basic! I'm hoping to get her on the road in a couple of weeks after I've done a full service and check over. Last major service was at 97 K miles. Only mods I am doing is limo black rear windows and wind deflectors and convert into van..remove rear seats and build a plywood folding floor so I can sleep in her:)

You will have to do a thread on the van conversion, fancy doing this for my panda. You will get plenty of advice on insurance pitfalls but little on the conversion, however if you do a search a member did a ply floor conversion previously for moving bee hives with quite comprehensive details.

I did it on my cinqucento. Asked the insurance company. Told them that I often remove rear seats for a bicycle and my then dog. They said OK. I made my rear floor out of 10mm ply wood and used the original seat mounting points to fit a peace of 2X2 with hinges etc. I made a flat rear floor with cut outs for spare tyre. Then a hinged part with supports that folded out into the area behind the front passenger seat. It was easy to fold back too. Spent many a night in comfort! I've not started on my Panda. But hope she will work out OK. I have spent three weeks in my standard 02 punto without too much discomfort:)
