I noticed my coolant liquid is below the minimum, so I went to the old Halford to buy coolant liquid. One of the guy checked my reg, and told me that I need to buy non silicate coolant liquid which is pink, then I went back to my lovely ducato to check what colour it was, guess what? there was blue coolant liquid in the coolant tank. Now I am comfuse which one to get so I would like to seek other people's advise. By the way, my ducato is 2005 model, engine size is 1997cc, diesel.

Either will do, but pink is better because the corrosion protection lasts longer.
Its the corrosion protection that wears out, not the protection from freezing.
If you change it make sure you know how to bleed the system
Because an air pocket could lead to localised overheating.
In which case changing the coolant would do more harm than good.
If you don't know how to bleed the system I suggest you leave it as it is.
