HGT Service Manual

Hi, I have the full Bravo Service Manual, but it is missing the "1998 20v Engine REmoving Refitting" document, does anybody have a copy of this?

I would be eternally grateful if somebody has! I've got the manual from a few different places but none of them seem to have this documentation.
