HGT engine seized need help and suggestions

The HGT failed to start last week, so pushed up to garage this morning, To get it checked out,
When ignition is on all lights come on as normal only engine warning light stays on longer than the rest (about 2 mins).
When the light finally goes out, and the key is turned nothing happens,
tried to bump start it - engine made a god awful grinding sound then nothing,
Tried battery - nothing, Tried - recon starter motor - nothing, most ignition wiring etc been checked, Oil level still fine (not dropped) water etc fine,
Any sugestions?

And i thought i had problems starting my 1.8 hehe
Is it possible to get a readout of the fail code??

Tom - i can't afford to throw money into this at the moment, But some one wants it so i said i'd get it checked out, Are we talking major bucks and work?

@Yogis - The car has no windows, only a dash for interior no bumpers currently on, no lights, so no lol,

You've gotta work out why it won't go round, could be the crank bearings, could be a piston ring rusted to the bore (most likely), could be many other things.

Take the plugs out, put a cap full of engine oil down each bore. Put the plugs back, leave it a few days and see if it turns by rocking the car in gear. DO NOT use the starter.
