Hey guys sssssup..... Just joined the forum and had a question or two I would like to ask. I recently got the Fiat Grande Punto and wanted to do some work on the engine. I dont want to get radical but do some basic stuff that will boost the engines power. If any suggestions please let me know.

It will help if you tell everyone what version of the GP you bought and the engine size, fuel type. Have you already done anything?

A Search could help you but the guys on here will happily share thoughts, knowledge & experience

Sorry for the lack of info............. Just got a silver Grande Punto...
Its a 1.4 Fire (Petrol).... No work done on the car so far..... Want some work done on the engine but not sure how to go about it..... Any tips would be appreciated......

oookkk well basically you're suffed (that's my expererience!)

You can get a performance air filter (GSR is about the best you can get before you ask) and that'll do a fair bit. however, you can't map the car (or at least the sporting 1.4 16v's so i'm guessing all other varients of the 1.4 16v are the same) so you basically can't do any other modifications as far as engine tuning goes because even if you cam it or something you won't be able to adjust the map to make use of them!!!

Other stuff you could do is get an exhaust etc but you're not gonna get a massive gain. If you're feeling flash then there's a supercharger kit for the 1.4 16v at about £3000 but that's about it!

Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 Silver

Hey I was just wondering if anyone would share there opinion on a color combo.... I have a silver 1.4 Grande Punto 2009 and I want to get the side mirrors painted red. I think they would look quite nice but was wondering if anyone has any opinions around it. Let me know....... Thanx

silver and black is proven but i'm sure it'll go with some others colours like red if it's done well

Yeah i got it done and it looks quite nice just decided to put some rims to bring it all in together... will look quite nice after..... Thanx
