since we don't know much about your van i can only answer generally "Yes, there is a chance."
You should consider the GM - Fiat cooperation from 2000 to 2010. I'm quite sure that it is possible to find a fitting gearbox in Fiat or Opel/Vauxhall, maybe Holden, cars and vans.
I recommend to photograph your gearbox properly, find out its part number/code, and to go for inquiry armed with more precise information.
(F.I. an Opel expert identified the gearbox in my 2008 223 1.9 JTD MJ 120 hp from Turkish production as looking similar to gearboxes in some Opels. I only met him once, and didn't ask further.)
Another hint: A speaking headline would be more effective then "Help" if you want other users to read your post.
