Ducato Help!

We have recently bought an LMC Liberty 5700 Motorhome, left hand drive. It is based on the Fiat Ducato platform with the 2.5 diesel engine. Our problem is that it was manufactured in Germany in 1991 and we have no handbook or manual, either for the Fiat platform or for the many technical aspects of the LMC body (e.g. water boiler, gas central heating, pumps etc.). What little information which came with it is in German, which we do not understand. Can anyone tell me where I could find an appropriately-dated manual for both the platform and the van, in English! Or, does anyone have either of those items which they would be willing to lend, for a fee, so that they could be photocopied.

Although it is old, the vehicle has only done 57000 miles and appears to be in good condition. We also believe it has been well maintained.

Hi there, I own a 1996 1.9td ducato and have searched high and low for a service manual without success. Save yourself the effort as I don't believe they exist. However, all is not lost as forums such as this are a mine of information. Ask a question, with as much information as possible, and I'm sure someone will come up with the answer. all the best. Ian
