HI,

I've an '02 active sport, and have recently started getting problems with the barrery losing power.
Have changed battery in september, and been fine, so pretty sure its not the problem. fully recharged battery, and 3 days later, same problem. its dead. in those 3 days, the car did 1 small journey.
Is this a problem anyone else has had, and also, any ideas as to why it could be happening, and best remedy for the problem??

If you have changed the battery for a brand new one and it is still discharging the battery there must be something that is draining power from it while the car is left while not being used that is something you will have to fined by checking around for things that could be left switch on in the car, just a query (sorry not to make you sound thick) but have you checked the radio/CD or any ICE in the car because you do realise that in FIAT's when the ignition is turn off the radios/ICE stay switched on for some reason so have turned the radio down and forgot about it and its drained ya battery, I' admit it I've done my self a couple of times,
other than that get a electrician to check it over for any power drain
