500 (USA) Help with iPod/Blue and Me issues

Greetings,

I gave birth to Bianco May 2012 and he is the greatest vehicle I have ever owned (500 Sport.) However, I have a FWP that is driving me insane (First World Problem.)

Whenever I start him up, the iPod automatically checks "repeat song" in shuffle mode. So I unplug the iPod, take it off "loop" and then when I need to restart Bianco, same damn thing is checked. Justin, whom I LOVE at Brookdale Fiat, tried to help but to no avail. He thinks it has something to do with my playlist - I'm convinced it's a setting in the vehicle that has something to do with "repeat song." I have 550 songs on my iPod and it just keeps playing the same damn 60-80 songs. I will skip ahead and two songs later, it's the same song I skipped . WHAT THE? Has ANYONE had this issue? My next stop is the Apple store, but really, I'm convinced it's the little fella.

Have you tried turning it off of repeat from the steering wheel?

Which iPod and iOS are you using? When is the last time you rebooted the iPod? And ditto with scout's suggestion- make sure Repeat is not selected on the Blue&me media menu.

I had that issue (reverse) with my SIII as well, would not go in repeat
so... press the blue & me, goto audio say shuffle and or off/on as you want.. then exit


its voice controlled not menu controlled.
