General Help with identifying a Momo Boss

Does anyone have a Momo boss kit on their Uno Turbo?

I ask because i found one at my parents house but cant get the uno wheel off to check it goes over the spline at the mo.

Theres a part no on it which reads K4034 Imbossed on the bottom of the boss on the black metal rim, can someone check theres and tell me the part no please so i can confirm this will fit???

If its off an Uno its a mk2 Uno.
