Hi all, so had a reoccurring problem since September with car suddenly deciding it didn’t want to go into any gear on start up, code stored in obd is “clutch closed position sel tuned” everytime obd reader is plugged in and reset car works again, someone from rac said it could be transmission solenoid sensor?? So basically it seems to be 2nd gear that is the issue, it’s struggles to get into second and out of second! Have phoned multiple garages who won’t touch it as it’s a semi automatic 500L fiat are the only ones who will entertain it and I really don’t have the £££ to go down that road. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
