General Help. Still problem with ABS warning light

Hi all
Still having problem with abs warning light. Have had a diagnostic done and that came up with nothing. ABs is working fine have some minor problems which are fixable for mot but cant seem to get round this warning light going out after start up . Can any one help checked sensors they seem ok and car is running fine light comes on and stays on and then sometimes it is fine sometimes handbrake warning light comes on with abs have checked fluid levels etc as sugested in other threads. Any one any suggestions to grt through mot. Thanks. marea weekend year 2000

Who did the diagnostic test for you? Obviously someone with the wrong gear. If the fault light is on, an error code should be saved. You'll need that error code so we can help you out.

Mine (same model and year) has been doing that for the past 40,000 miles.
Car runs fine and brakes work fine.

If I ignore it it goes away.
