Help required from ICE people...who know what they are talking about

Does anyone know how to set up this head unit???

I have done all the time correction stuff.

The crossover is pretty self explanitory, but some advice would help

..and any suggestions on what the parametric EQ settings should be?...i guess its down to personal taste, but again some advice would be appreciated.

Mostly playing R&B/RAP deep bass type music.

Just standard door speakers in the front/rear, and running the new Apline V12 , and a W6 through the 4v sub-preout.
