Help!! Rear seat removal

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to remove the rear seats from a Bravo SX 80? If so any help would be very much apprechiated.

If your trying to get the rear back rest part of the seats out yopur far better off removing the carpet on the rear of the back seat and removing all 8? screws rather than removing the 2, extremely hard to remove bracket screws which hold the seat to the chassis.
