I am getting my new fiat on thursday need urgent help with insurance basically my dad is the registered keeper and the owner of the car even though it will be living with me and my partner my dad wont be driving it. I need to find an insurance company that will insure me my and partner and dad for a decent price any1 got any suggestions? need to get it sorted within 24 hours really

What you are thinking of doing is called "Fronting" & is illegal, it will result in your Insurance company not paying out if you have an accident and you will get blacklisted so other Insurance companies wont touch you.

Far better to get yourself registered as the owner & main driver, and adding your Dad as a named driver.

Bit risky what your trying to do, especially when its going to be outside your house and your dad and partner will have nothing to do with it. With my insurance now my dad is the main driver and registered keeper, but for the first 8 months i had the car, my dad was driving it around more than me teaching me how to drive the car and stuff because i didnt have my license then etc. But in a few months im gonna have to put me as the registered keeper and main driver.
