Help Please..!!! HGT Mk2 Exhaust...! :0(

OK..

so yeah...! well.. im Gutted.. :0(

i brought myself a bright and shiny HGT a few weeks ago and hae had nothing but trouble from it. dont get me wrong.. i love it :0) but now the exhaust is about to fall off and im told by Kwik fit and National Tires that they do not do the part so im stumped... i guess Fiat would do it, but prob at the cost of my Soul.. :0P

Please Please Please... what do i do.. what have others done when it comes to replacing thire exhausts..

its a T reg. 1999 HGT Mk2 made at the end of the year in Aug. (seems like thats making the differance)

Didn't have a problem with mine at all, sorry fella not gloating, honest
I took mine to my local independant garage, he had it delivered to him within the hour from Exhausts Unlimited and a nice and tidy job done too.
Try the independant garages mate, less likely to rip you off than Kwik Fit

Others have chosen to go Stainless Steel, there's always that option mate.

was that def for the mk 2 HGT with the back box rear pipe coming stright out the back instead of sum random from the rear and up and over the back box type formation..?

im gutted.. :0)

ok. so iv found these.. if i went down this option of an 'after market' part.. do the exhaust systems on this page all fit the MK 2 ok coz they seem a good price when compaired to the original part prices. .???

I went here last year and for my mk11 hgt it was 220 all in quite a saving!!!

It was definitely a Mk2 exhaust on mine mate, Exhaust unlimited originally delivered a Mk1 one and was told quite swiftly to take it back and bring the right one.
Mine is a 2000 V reg 155HGT
Sorry, cant remember how much it cost, but wasnt an arm and a leg.
