help please: engine cooler still runs (1.8 16v)

Hello all, I need help. I have Bravo 1.8 GT 16v end of 1999. I have problem with engine cooler. After i start and stop airconditioning, fan cooler still runs. It does after all engine starts. Does anyone have same problem? Thank you very much.
