Technical Help needed with Cinquecento battery charging problem please.

Hiya all, can you help? I've got a cinquecento sporting, and alittle while ago the alternator seized up on me. So i replace that, and got a new battery. But the battery still isnt charging, all connections are tight, and belt to tight too. Any ideas on what i need to look at? Cheers every1. Dave

battery warning light, does it come on when u turn the ignition on?

if not, check the conenction is on the alternator and check the bulb in it is ok.

sounds daft.. but trust me!
