General help needed with 03 td ulysse clutch change pls

hello folks,
im new on here! justg bought a diesel ulysse couple of days ago and now i have to change the clutch because the bearing is making a noise. having worked on the cars in the past thought il give it a go. but i cannot get the gearbox out! it seems the fork inside the gearbox is locked on the release bearing, and the release bearing locks on the clutch. looking at the new clutch it sort of works backwards wth the bearing pulls the pressure plate. now my question is how the hell do i release the fork from the bearing? can anyone help with this because i am lost please.

Did you get this done and finished , as its differant than the above mk1 guide
being a mk11 and there looks like a lot less room..
