Help me identify FIAT model from old photograph?

Hey experts--Need a little help identifying the model of, what I believe to be a FIAT imported or licensed for production in Yugoslavia circa 1959. I think it might be a Millecento, but I'm not positive. Could it be a 600 or something similar? The photograph is from 1959 near Niš.

I thought this would be easy. I have three books of Fiat history, but all three seem to miss any pictures of the 50s, perhaps nothing available in archives.

From memory, when growing up and these were just old cars then, my immediate thought was an 1100, but you are probably right, it is earlier, so would be a 1000, or millecento as you say.
