That's how I started out! Working for Firestone out of the Brentford factory on the Great West road and then put in a few years in "Tyre and Auto" - an early version of the "Fit as you wait" type operations we have today before going into the more traditional garage trade.

So welcome. Whereabouts are you based? Always useful to know someone in your line of work.
