Technical Help identifying a bolt/screw ducato 244 2003

Could anybody here be able to identify this bolt it is m10 x 50mm with a inbuilt washer that cant be removed, and has what looks like a 8mm allen socket in the 17mm head

any help muchly apreciated. thankyou.

I have a 2006 2.8 JTD

This is just a guess, as I have not removed a bolt, similar to the one shown

But, the bracket which holds the alternator to the engine, has a similar head on one of the bolts

When you find out, where it lives, it would be good if you let us all know
