General Help Find This Uno Turbo!!!

My friend has asked me for his help to find his Fiat Uno turbo MK1 White G reg 1989 which he sold earlier this year. He is regreting this and is now wanting to buy it back from the person that bought it. He listed it on ebay and it did not sell and then sold it to someone privatly but does not have any details on this person. Because situations have changed if anyone out there does know of this car or anyone on here owns it he would be greatful if you could get in contact. It was based in Rushden in Northamptonshire but who knows where it could be now!!

A MK1 on a G plate dont make sense, my old MK2 was a G-REG but i swear MK1s were finished on a F-REG?

p.s. L Plates on a UT? for a laugh or? i thought about getting my magnetic ones out and sticking them on the cinq for a laugh but my mate said it may be against the law

when it was new i could have been in storage for a year that whould explain it being registered on a g plate

ps: L plates on an uno turbo how whould a learner insure have to have a lot of guts to let someone learn in that

I remember seeing this on ebay a while back, went pretty cheap, IIRC it had a problem and wouldn't run. I'm guessing it still has a problem as the DVLA now have it untaxed (due August 06)

There were mk1's registered on a G plate, which would have been the last of the 1989 mk1's. The mk2 uno turbo was officially launched in Jan 1990, and would have course also been on a G plate at that time.
