Technical HELP - Blue & me cuts out with loud noise whilst calling

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone else had the same issue, calling using my iphone in my Fiat 500 using Blue & me is a nightmare. I have had the car for over 5 years, now is got a fault. I call & suddenly the loudest noise ever storms through the car & it cannot be turned off (only muted). Sometime's even turning off the engine doesn't reset & when I turn the ignition back on the noise is still there. I wonder if this fault came at the same time as iphone upgraded software?

I have un-paired my iphone. A garage did look at it & found no issues. I really would like to get this sorted as I can now not use my Blue & me.

Hi Melissa,

This is the Classic 500 page. Our old cars don't have blue teeth and most of us have grey hair.

Maybe you might try the modern Fiat 500 page instead?

I hope the new 500s have that smart anti-frontal collision thingy.

Frontal collisions are annoying when you're on an important phone call.

His is you ever fix this? I have the same issue on my wives ford ka2 (based on fiat 500).
