Help !??!! Air-con condensor needed please

Hello all,
Erm, my air-con condensor has a leak in it.Does anyone have a condensor for sale, to fit a 97 2.0ltr 20v Marea Weekend ? I think the Fiat part number is 7774281.
I'm far from certain, but I think Bravo/a 1.4 & 1.8 (95-98) and Marea 1.8 (95-98) also fit using the same part number.

Not to patronise you but are you sure it has a leak?

If its a hot day and youve been using it, it will collect condensation which will collect in a puddle under the car when you turn engine off.

Just want to make sure ur sure thats all matey

Is it okay to find water dripping underneath the car while the aircondition is on?

Just 2 days ago I find water dripping underneath my car while the aircondition is on and it makes me worry that there's leak but when I put off the aircondition, the dripping stops. Is it normal to find a water dripping or do I have to worry about it?



Air conditioning does more than just make the air cool. That's why it's called conditioning and not an air cooler. A/C removes heat, polutants, and moisture from the air. In doing so, on humid days the moisture will gather on the condensor under your dash sealed within a box, usually plastic. When the moisture accumulates to the point of dripping, it will run out a drain hole in the bottom of the box and out on to the ground. Totally normal.

Hello, thanks KeithR, its definitely a leak at the rh side of the condensor though.I had the system pressure tested,refilled and dyed, and two days later....hot car, and flourescent dye at one corner of the condensor.
Since having the car(approx 3 weeks !) I've never yet had the 'car park puddle'.When we vaccuum tested it, there was very little gas left in the system.Unfortunately, a new/second hand/used/cheap(!) condensor required...
Anybody got one ?!! Please ?!
