I'm based in Essex! First bit of bad news though, just found out that its no longer taxed because of the new bloody system. Need to tax it ASAP!

Also - its a 16v engine, an Inteferance engine (if belt snaps it will mash pistons into valves)
Has it got any history of the belt been done?

Punto's are great first cars good on fuel cheap insurance and tax, ive got an 8valve and its my first car

8v's FTW

Solid engine when looked after

punto is my first and 2nd car
I also have a C1 to drive here and there, the punto is mine and love it
Wouldn't change it unless it rots again

I don't know if the belts been done I'll have to check. But when I start it the fan belt makes a bit of a squeaking noise then stops so maybe that needs changing soon.
