I have a 2010 Fiat Scudo 2.0 litre 16v.
Most people on Forum use MES diagnostics to check out their vehicles, however I found after talking to Gendan the suppliers they confirmed that as suspected MES doesn't recognise my Scudo as it has the Peugeot engine.
However they recommended MAXIECU diagnostics and were able to supply this which plugs into the OBD port, then wirelessly or Blue tooth will work on a Windows laptop.
I was then able to go into various parts including the BCM and tell it to activate the central locking along with various other items. It can list any error codes in BCM as well as the engine ECU, so quite useful for around £129 I think.:)
Alternatively a garage with Snap On tool can charge you to do the same.
