Grande Punto Hello :)

I am new here so I just want to say hello to everyone and write my first post here

I have couple of question about my Fiat grande punto 1.3 Mjet JTD from 2012, 55kW, 75HP

It trunk (boot) on left side, I have found some cable with some connectors that i have no idea for what is used for, I also have no Idea from where this cable coming from, from tail light or front side under the hood, where to search other end of wire, maybe it is not connected or maybe is shorted somewhere in wire?
On first photo on right side connector is similar to cigarette lighter but problem is that I have no voltage on any of this connectors?!
Where should i check voltage?

Also there is missing socket type: T10/w5w LED on left side under shelf, where can I buy complete holder for bulb?
One more thing I would like to ask if anyone have or maybe know where can I find electrical wiring diagram for Fiat grande punto 1.3 Mjet JTD from 2012, 55kW, 75HP,
I have been searching on google but still can`t find anything, I have also contact Fiat but no response

The 2012 have a fusebox back there..

Could be for many things

Which trim level is your punto?

Could you please tell me what do you mean "trim level" do you mean on equipment that car have or something else? Only what I know it was used for cargo..
