Hi to all,

I'm new to this forum, as I just bought a Multipla 99'er (petrol 1.6 engine)
As you might have seen, I'm from The Netherlands (Holland), unfortunately they do not have a Dutch forum, so that's why I'm bothering you all

First quick question, I attached an image, can anyone tell me what the red part is for: are they speakers, or should there come air from it (and if so, when should they workd and when not), also when should the seatbelts light come on?
