Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd introduce myself to you all.

I'm Mike and on Saturday, me and the bread knife are off to order our very first brand new car!

We're off to get a Fiat 500 1.3TD POP in Pasodoble Red. We're getting the folding sunroof, 15" multispoke alloys and the Italian stripe. All the other goodies we're getting off eBay!!

We've currently got a Saab 9-5 estate :worshipwhich will be for sale soon if anyones interested) but we've decided to downsize as our daughter has her own car and we've given up caravanning.

We hope to be active forum members but my technical knowledge is "limited"!

If you hold regular meetings, we hope to see you all there.

Great to hear there are two more 500 owners . Pasadoble Red is the best Mike lol! Although the funk white is very nice, will look great in the 500c betty, what roof have you gone for?
Mike - have a quick look on the main 500 forum about the stripes (its a new thread), personally I'd get them done post delivery by someone local, had a look and they wern't the best IMO. You using scrappage? If not you should be able to swing a few hundred off, even with scrappage I managed to wangle free 500 plush mats so try your best and let me know how you get on!
I'm not overly technical either but learnt a bit since I joined here so sure you'll be fine. Look forward to seeing you both in the main section

Hi R, gone for the red roof, but now quite fancy the black, decisions decisions eh?? took me long enough to decide in the first place so will probably just stay with the red!
