This is a mail from SPW,s husband as she has a few questions and I am asking them as I wrote of her last Punto a 16V ELX

We have just bought another one more or less same spec 02 16V ELX. This one does not have the alloys as the last one had, I can get hold of some from a R reg 1.2 Punto (14 inch, 5.5J rim width,4 stud, 185 tyre width),but have to drive to get them any one know if they will fit the 02 Punto?

A long (ish) story, I normally go to work on my bike (Kawasaki 750 zephyr) I also have a car (Sintra CD2.2)but on the morning of the accident it was very heavy rain so I decided to take a car. The first car in the drive available to get out was the Punto so I took that (as I had done in the past). Driving down a hill I hit heavy deep mud from farm traffic and slid into a bank this had a slight camber and that was enough to flip it on to its side (all at low speed). I had to climb out the sun roof £3200 worth of damage so it was written off.

Sue was very fond of her car so I am doing my best to make the new one as much the same as the old one.
