Hi to one and all, I have become the proud owner of an Uno, its my third but the last one I owned was back in the 80's

I am here cos of a sticker on the side window of the new one, its a mk2, Start, rally prepared, bought off ebay with the intention of me doing f1000, enduros etc, in fact anything that I can do in it after everything else in my life gives me the chance including occasional forays out in the historic world in a 1962 Volvo PV544, but the cars owner and my navigator gets a bit prescious about it when the going gets realllllly rough, after all it did take us 6 years to build it from scratch!

So back to the Uno, does anyone know the car? its an L reg, white and I think the guy who prepped it was called Matt Endean? Its been well prepared but needs a little TLC and digging into as its got a petrol leak somewhere and seems a bit flat even for a one litre

Dont know when the hell the first event will be as I just had to back heel an historic event due to time constraints but hope to have it on next years Lombard Revival, that will give me ample time to learn what I can about it.

Cheers lads, doesnt life flyby it only seems a few days ago I was on here! but its longer, hope thats not an indicator of how neglected the Uno will be!
seems the petrol leak is only when its got a fair bit of juice in it, the heater doesnt go off, which will be useful in the next few months!
