Seicento Hello newbie here!

Hey everyone!

New to the world of Fiat's. My friend just gifted me his seicento as he has bought another. After some work I absolutely love the old girl already.

Being of age she does have a couple of issues. One is the metal strip atop the sunroof has rusted on the passenger side. Does anyone know if this can be replaced? Or do u need a hold new sunroof? Also when I first got it the footwell on the driver side was very damp.

Other than that she is great!

Probably easier and cheaper to replace it tbh. I mean everything is fixable given time and skills (or money), but no there is no spare parts i'm aware of so anything replaced would have to be fabricated.

Thanks alot for your reply. I really appreciate it. That is good to know. I have been looking for a replacement and so far no luck. Unfortunately all the ones I have found are either slightly different or going rusty in the same place as mine. I'll have to find a temporary fix for now while I keep hunting

cinq and sei ones are all the same - most will have some rust spots at least by now really - you just need one thats not so rusty you can sand it back and paint it really.

Oh that's really good to know. Gives me a bigger pool of cars to look at for a replacement. Thanks again for your help.
