Hey there Fiat friends.
Just wanted to post a quick intro and say thanks for the great site and wealth of information!
Yesterday I took possession of a 2015 500e from an uncle who LOVED the car until one day it would no longer go into drive.
He has long been a mechanic and made some effort to diagnose and fix it, but this one seemed to stump him so he was kind enough to pass it on to me after it sat for the better part of a year.
12v battery was kept charged and/or disconnected, and the pack battery is still showing a substantial charge, however a chance encounter with a fellow 500e appreciator on the drive home (with my sweet new ride on a uhaul trailer) informed me that seeing "47%" on the pack is likely an indicator of an issue with the pack.
I plan to do some reading and expect I will have to drop the reas suspension and pack in order to get started on fixing this thing. Should be a good challenge!
Thanks in advance!
