Hello & ICE question

Hello everyone at the FIAT forum. I'm just about to buy my second Fiat - a Doblo Cargo and have a question about ICE. My 1st Fiat was a 128 about 25 years ago. It was a great little car and went really well unitil I blew the head gasket. In those days you fixed things yourself so with absolutely no prior knowledge I bought a head gasket set and went about replacing it. Much to my amazement it actually started again afterwards but it was never really the same speedy little car I once had. Anyway, that's a bit about me, now... I am picking up an 02 Fiat Doblo Cargo tomorrow and would like to replace the radio cassette with a CD tuner and replace the dash speakers and fit a wooden bulkhead behind the front seats and fit a second pair of speakers into it. I've seen some very nice Blaupunkt head units that aren't too expensive and look like would do the job fine but I haven't a clue about what speakers to get. I don't want to go crazy with money but have about £200 to spend on the whole outfit. I would be grateful if anyone could give me some help and ideas for what's good to look at.
