Hi everyone.
Just a short introduction. I’m Daniel. I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 18 years now.
If any of you guys on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I can assure you I will be completely impartial despite being on the pay roll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed up I will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected, if any of you do not understand an insurers viewpoint I will do my best to clearly explain it.
It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With my years of experience I should be able to answer most queries immediately, if there are issues or a problem that I can’t answer directly I would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and I would then be able to relay an answer back.
I hope this will be of some helps for you.
Thanks very much.

Thanks mattie

Hi Mattie
We do try our best to offer the most competative quote with our insurers but it can vary person to person on a number of different factors.
Cheers Dan

Hi Bulldog.

Yes we are a broker.
Do you mean Call Connections by any chance? If we are not able to help customers we offer to transfer them to a company called Call Connections who have many other Insurers that maybe useful. We do advise if you are being put through to them, sorry apologies if this wasn't the case for you.

Cheers Dan

guy i talked to was an arse ruse abnoxiouse
second time i phoned my quote jumped by 300 quid

there is nothing for loyalty
im paying 150 quid less than your lower quote

you seem to be unable to get a simple quote right
year i was with you, you missed commuting even tho i got mum todo it for me
in her best phone voice
i eventually got the commuting for free

second flaw
when i rang for a quote as above seemed to be unable to comprehend
im a student and i work.

if next years quote from you was cheaper by 100 quid i would go with you otherwise i would get the second cheapest quote
next year i will do what i did last year shop around.

I got a quote for £6976.12!!

i would go with you if that went down to around £2,500!!

Also, how long does liability of a claim take to process? i was hit on a roundabout, it wasnt my fault

if i was on the roundabout 1st is there any way she can get out of it and put the blame on me?

my insurance said worst case is 50/50.... how do insurances work? do they prefer to just settle it 50/50 or would they rather fight the case?

Thanks

Mike

First of all Dan, as a grumpy old git why do you feel the need for the thick black format:eek: looks like you're trying too hard.

Anyway I had a quote from you lot last year for my coupe 20vt

max no claims, old git, etc etc, you couldnt come near Chris Nott Insurance:confused:

you are joking??!!

the 2 insurances are disputing it now, should this only take a few weeks?

Nope. Claims can legally take upto 3 years. Injury claims are from 9months - 3 years. Damage claims can be settle instantly if someone admits liability, or can in the worst case senario take upto 3 years ;)

Jon.

Hey Mike
Unfortunately, it can take years for the Insurance Companies to settle a claim especially if personal injury is involved and it's not a clear cut fault case. At the end of the day, each Insurance company will try to reclaim all of their losses if they can, whilst reviewing the evidence from each party, insurance assessor etc. I hope it gets sorted soon for you mate.
Dan

Thanks for the reply, will i struggle getting a different insurance company to insura me with a claim unsettled?

Mike

Unfortunately, I'm not to sure what other Insurance companies will be like quote wise. But until the claim is fully settled, our Insurance underwriters that we use would view it as an outstanding fault claim.

Thanks Dan
