Hello from Cork

Hi to everyone.
I am new to the forum and bought myself a 600SX 4 days ago.
The car runs well and is really good fun.
I am thinking to modify it and make it a little different from standard SX models.
I was thinking about lowering it (-30mm?) with harder springs, go for some good brakes, some nice alloys (would you reccomend to go for a set of 15" alloys or stay on the 13"?), a good exhaust, an air filter such as the K&N 57i and maybe have it rechipped. What would you recogn?

Hello there and welcome mate,
centos are great wee cars, totally up to you mate, you can run 15s but depending on width arch work and trailling arm work may need done, 14s is a happy medium and would allow you to lower much more, 40mm-60mm.
custom exhausts are good as is janspeed and supersprint i believe.
enjoy the forum and check out the cinq/sei section for alot of info you require

I went yesterday to a garage for the wheels but they really were of no help... They just didn't really want to bother
So I went to Automania www.automania.ie and it seems they will help me out with the projects I have on my mind

Dont mention my car to her cos she always say's my car comes befor her but thats rubbish she always say's to me what ever I spend on my stilo I have to spend X4 on her I'm braking out into a sweat now she always came with me though when I used to do track racing yonks ago :slayer:

I wanted to wash my car and take good care of it with some wax, back to black and so forth but in the end it rained cats and dogs...
Was able to clean the engine a little on Sunday though
Saturday I'm taking the little cento to the Doctors

Aye not bad weekend, consisted of housework, drinking and dvds.
I always got projects planned for the little beast, its financing and starting them i never seem to get my head round. lol
