Fairly new owner of a Fiat 600e here.
After it spent 11 (eleven!!) weeks at the garage because it would't fast charge and cruise control was not working, now I'm almost a happy Fiat owner.
(Fiat's quality control seems non-existent)
I'm sure I will come up with questions as I ride along.

I've dealt with customer service (or the lack thereof)
In November I found out that cruise control didn't work.
After a two-week wait, they diagnosed that the front-facing camera was not working.
Quality Control should have flagged that: "Computer to camera: are you there? Feeling well?"
They'd have to order one. It arrived end of November. Could I bring the car in to have that fitted? Earliest available date 15th January.
Then I found out that the car wouldn't fast charge. That's pretty bad for an electric car I wanted to take to Germany over Christmas.
So I dropped the car off on 12th December.
On January 16th I got a text inquiring why I hadn't shown up to have the camera replaced. That's when I really knew how bad they were.
Mid-February they had replaced the battery, but not the camera.
End of February, after 11 weeks they had that sorted as well.

Their sales team were efficient though

And now that it actually works... I like the car...

The other day I was stuck at some traffic lights.
An old geezer walks past the 600e. Stops and looks at the car. Looks at the front, walks back, looks at the back, looks at the front again.
Then he looks at me and gives me two thumbs up.
The 600e seems to be a looker.

Recently become owner of 600e red and cruise control doesn’t appear to work either - below 30mph get warning that ‘too slow to set cruise control’ but over 30 mph, nothing? Was yours the same?

Mine was different. It couldn't find the front-facing camera. Needed replacing.
(It's a La Prima and needs the camera for adaptive cruise control)

Cheers - getting mine booked in as think it’s brake system related (as also now getting message that brake systems may need attention). Other than that, cars great!
