Hello from an X1/9 owner!

Hello all,I'm Lagdti and I've just joined the forum.

I am a technician and MOT tester from Gillingham in Dorset,and about a month ago I bought an '83 X1/9 to restore in time for summer.......
I bought it unseen on Ebay for £150,and although I'd never recommend anyone to buy a car without looking at it first,I got lucky!.The car is complete and original,although it is obviously a little rusty in places.

Not ever having worked on one before,there are few questions I have,and I'll post them in the relevant place.
