I've recently joined mainly because I'd like to get views from similarly minded people and also am a lover of FIAT's..
Intro>> I have a 1969 Fiat 500 which has been completely rebuilt not to original spec but usable spec, ie 600cc engine & disk brakes and tend to use it regularly in the summer for short distances. For other occasions I had a Honda S2000 followed by a Z4 but both have gone since my annual mileage is very low & with the growing family didn't get much use.
Advice>> I now need a cheap run around & can't bear to look beyond Fiat (have explored Fiesta but got a rash). It's been a while since I've owned a new Fiat so was wondering what folks opinion is on the best engine/car combination for a cheap run around to do about 6K miles a year. My 10mile commute consists of driving on a slow(ish) A-road + a short blast up the A1(M) so it needs to keep up with traffic..
