the heating in my fiat sei is just warm iv replaced the thermostat, matrix and flushed....any ideas i need it fixed before the weather gets any more worse

Could be that you have some air in the system..I get the same problem with my spider, problem being that the radiator is low slung therefore not being the highest point in the cooling system. To overcome this I jack the car up at the front as high as I can, so the air will collect at the radiator cap and be expelled. Slowly fill the system and give the hoses a gentle squishing, then start the engine and more squishing while it runs up to temperature.

This procedure works for the spider.

have you let the engine run with the water cap off? keeping an eye on it in case it boils over?

Hmm you bleed the system ?

Think the sei should have 2 bleed nipples.

My daughter's Punto was the opposite. Great in winter, lovely and warm but never cold in summer. Always blew warm air out, resulting in driving with windows open which I hate doing. (That's why the Good Lord gave mankind aircon[or if really fortunate climate control] :thumb
