I have just picked up a Punto Mk2 2002 1.2 Active Sport. My problem is i don't know squidly do daas about cars and i need some help please. 
The heater system does not work, nothing happens when i turn dials. Is this the fuse (please tell me where the fuse compartment is) or is it something more sinister. The back window heater works but this is a seperate button to the main. Is there a free manual i can download for this model as i am determined to do the little jobs on it myself.
