Punto (Mk2/2b) Heater resistor location

Hi forum, went to change the heater resistor but struggled to locate it by the blower motor. I have seen many posts that show a white housing, but my daughters car only has the motor and no white housing for the resistor!? Please help! My 5 minute job is taking 4 hours!
