Technical Heater not working

I recently brought this car!!! I checked my fuse box and found the fuse missing which obviously was part of the problem but when I put another one in it still did not work. The fuse box looks like it is missing a connector where the fuse goes but I could be wrong. Me and cars don't go together!!!
