If heater, suspect that cooling system needs bleeding. (On Sei, with heater on full.) Possible water leak? If fan, first check fuse. Last edited: Dec 11, 2014

If the engine is nicely warm, but the heater isn't, then the coolant valve on the Sei's heater is a likely suspect. Unless you mean the heater fan isn't working.

Click to expand... As I found today, the outer of the valve adjustment cable can slip through the retaining spring clip.
