Heater doesn't get hot..advice please..?

Can anyone please help on why my heaters come on but only blow warm,not as hot as you would expect.?

Where does the needle of your temp guage point?

During normal driving around the 1/4 mark which seems a bit cool to me.?
Does heat up more in traffic though-to just above the half way mark before the fan kicks in.

same as mine, but it blows warm enough. doesn't come out all that fast though...

have you got aircon?
