Heater Control switch not working (clicking)

Hi All,

Our Bravo HGT has developed a fault with the heater switch. It is currently set to vents/floor. If it is turned left it will not move, if you turn it right then it makes a clicking noise as you turn it and will not stay on MAX DEF (it moves off it) Has anyone got any ideas if it is something jamming the cable or it the switch is knackered? Also how do you take the dash apart to get to the back of the switch??

Sounds like your cable holders have snapped. You will have to take all apart, to do so go here

OK so it wasn't as serious as cable holders snapping..... iPod adapter got in the way!!! Moved it and all is good. Cheers for the advice though!
